Bratislava Summer University for Seniors – Bratislava Zoo for Seniors with Grandchildren – Capacity Full

We invite you to visit the Bratislava Zoo together, which has been caring for rare animal species since 1960 and is one of the most popular places to relax in nature. You could say that it is also a "senior".

Upon arrival, we board the ZOO train, which will take us on a 40-minute guided tour through the zoo grounds. We will pass by the carnivores pavilion, gibbons, red pandas and the flamingo lake to the Carpathian Forest, where we will see takin, camels, bison and wolves. We will also see rhinos, kangaroos, llamas, giraffes, zebras and hippos along the way.

After the ride, we can enjoy a guided feeding of one of the animals, accompanied by an explanation from an experienced keeper who will share interesting facts about the life of the zoo's animal inhabitants.

After the official program, you will have the opportunity to individually explore the entire area, visit the Farmyard, or stop by the ZOO Shop.

Meeting point: at 8:50 a.m. in front of the main entrance to Bratislava ZOO.

Due to capacity reasons, free registration is required. Registration will open on July 20, 2026.
