Do you know where the Neological synagogue was located in Bratislava?

The answer:

Fish Square

The synagogue of the neo-classical Jewish community stood on Rybno Square and was an unmistakable dominant of the Prešov castle district. It was built in an unconventional Moorish, or rather oriental style, and stood out with yellow glazed tiles and red brick strips. The two-story building stood on a rectangular ground plan and, according to strict Jewish regulations, had a west-east orientation. The most dominant architectural element were two octagonal towers topped with domed roofs, the top of each of the domes was topped with a hexagram.

The neo-classical synagogue served its original purpose until the early years of World War II. In 1969, it was demolished for the construction of the SNP Bridge.
A reminder of the existence of the synagogue on Rybny Square has been its depiction on a black wall since 1997, which is part of the Holocaust memorial.
