BKIS is authorized to assess whether the intended event and its external presentation are not in conflict with the principle of political neutrality or could create the impression of direct or indirect political promotion or election campaigning.
For this purpose, the applicant is obliged to provide BKIS with all necessary information, in particular the event program, communication plan and visuals, list of partners and sources of financing; in justified cases, BKIS reserves the right not to conclude the rental agreement or to terminate the contractual relationship in accordance with the contractual terms.
