Bratislava Summer University for Seniors (LBU) is a popular educational and cultural project aimed at active older residents. This year marks its 16th year, organized by The capital of Slovakia Bratislava a Bratislava Cultural and Information CenterLBU brings a varied program full of interesting lectures, discussions, outings and cultural events.

Who is the event intended for?

The Bratislava Summer University for Seniors is a space for all active older residents, who want to expand their horizons during the summer, meet inspiring people of similar age, and experience Bratislava differently.

Where: various places in Bratislava
When: during two summer weeks from August 3th to August 15th
Entry: freeFor all events, due to capacity reasons, free registration required.

Recommendation for visitors: In case of hot weather, bring plenty of fluids and ensure a regular drinking regime during the events. On hot summer days, don't forget a hat or a parasol or umbrella to help protect you from the sun and high temperatures.
