Katarina Kralikova
Lecturer
She has been a lecturer for the Tourist Guide course since 2024. She specializes in personalities of Slovakia and Bratislava Castle, where she works as an external museum educator.
A native of Bardejov, she has lived in Bratislava since 1996. She studied social work at the University of Social Work and Education of St. Elizabeth in Bratislava. She completed accredited courses in the Czech Republic as a Tourist Guide at the University of Economics in Bratislava and also through the Bratislava Cultural and Information Centre. She completed the accredited course in Museum Pedagogy at the Slovak National Museum and the accredited course in Lecturer through the Association of Lecturers and Career Counsellors, also with a certificate of professional competence.
Since 2017, she has been working as a history guide, since 2018 she has been a statutory member of the Kempelenopolis association, since 2021 she has been working as an external museum pedagogue at the SNM - Historical Museum, and since 2022 as a lecturer and lectures on courses about the history of Bratislava and personalities of Slovakia.
Since 2023, she has served as the chairwoman of the Bratislava Guides Association.
On the local history tours that she offers through her website katarinakralikova.sk, as part of the Date with the City cycle and also at the request of clients, she presents the history of Bratislava through various topics and especially through the destinies of real people and personalities of Bratislava.
For BKIS, she lectures on the following topics in the Tourism Guide course: Important personalities of Bratislava and Slovakia; Animation in the Czech Republic and especially its heart's desire, Bratislava Castle.
He also lectures on the topic of Inclusion of Visually, Physically and Hearing Impaired People in the Czech Republic, within which he also cooperates with BKIS. Ivan Palenik as a professional consultant for accompanying tourists in wheelchairs.
