The Young Wine Festival is returning to Bratislava! Taste young wines from Bratislava winemakers and enjoy concerts, gastronomy and the festival atmosphere.
According to old tradition, the festival will begin with the blessing of young wine in the Chapel of St. Ladislaus in the Primate's Palace.
During the two festival days, 6th and 7th November 2026, you can look forward to wine markets with a selection of young wines from Bratislava wine associations and wineries, gastronomic specialties and a varied accompanying program. There will be concerts, talks about viticulture, thematic quizzes and competitions, as well as the popular Date with the City walks.

Practical information
The event will feature backup classic glass wine glassesThe deposit for renting a cup will be 5 Euros.
Glasses can only be purchased in cash at a designated booth located at the entrance to the palace or at individual wineries. Glasses can only be returned at a designated booth at the entrance to the palace. The cup return will be located at the entrance to St. George's Square from Primate's Square.
In the gastro zone Vegetarian dishes will also be on offer. In case of inclement weather, there will be a tent in the gastro zone on Primatial Square, where you can hide from a possible shower and enjoy duck and kolše, or other delicacies, undisturbed.
The event will feature 2 recycling stations with service, on Primaciálny Square near the gastro zone and on Jurajovo nádvorí near the wine market.
Smoking is prohibited in the courtyards of the Primate's Palace.
They will be available toilets located behind the new City Hall building, also suitable for the physically challenged, with extended opening hours until 23:00 PM on both days of the festival.
