A date with the city: Talented high school students, courageous high school students

Many talented and courageous students from the Catholic grammar school and the Evangelical high school in Prešporek were shaped primarily by their teachers. These include music teacher Heinrich Klein, Jewish rabbi and teacher Chatam Sófer, nationalist teacher Ľudovít Štúr, mathematics and physics teacher Fridrich Dohnány, historian and university teacher Tivadar Ortvay, physics and mathematics professor Virgil Klatt and, last but not least, the pioneer of obstetrics education for women Ján Ambro. Together with their students, they influenced our history. Come for a walk in the former Ferdinand's city and learn about their destinies and schools.
