A date with the city for families with children: Big changes

Our city has changed its face several times, including its name and nationality. We will look at it from head to toe - from the heights of the Celtic oppidum to the depths of the moat and recall the interesting facts that accompanied these changes. We will tell you how the small village of Engerau on the banks of the Danube became the largest housing estate in Central Europe. We will also find out which Celtic invention is still in every school bag today and what McDonald's has in common with Maria Theresa. During a walk through the old town, we will have fun with interactive tasks and learn how some small objects or large reforms radically changed the lives of residents in the territory of today's Bratislava.
The walk is suitable for families with children aged 5 to 13.
Guide: Margita Petríková
Deadline: 22. 4. 2023
The walking route is BARRIER-FREE.
