Let's remember the CONTEXTS

As part of the Contexts cycle, the Bratislava Cultural and Information Center touches on socially and locally significant cultural events associated with Bratislava. They will focus on the historical milestones of the capital and the historical events of our country. They will also commemorate the artistic and social contributions of personalities who, with their work, attitudes and talent, shaped the area of their activity.

BKIS will capture their legacy through short-term artistic interventions in public space, freely connecting historical events with contemporary events, all through intersections with the art scene. The intention of the cycle is to look at events from a new perspective, to bring them back to the present, to create a moment to pause, delve into and enjoy the artistic experience.
