The 48th year of the festival involved 14 city districts, 8 city organizations, and thanks to the OPEN CALL BKIS system, dozens of organizers and
organizers.
During the 88 festival days, the streets of Bratislava hosted 828 eventsBKIS prepared 65 events for the residents and visitors of Bratislava, which were attended by more than 12,500 people.
During the festival, you could visit a large number of cultural events, a space was also dedicated to mental health as part of the series Discussions for the Soul with the League for Mental Health, there were also discussion and educational formats such as the Bratislava Quiz or Date with the City, yoga classes at several locations, PoCvič at Lanfranconi, or during dance workshops for children were dedicated to body cultivation. BKIS at Biela 6 created a green oasis where visitors could relax, sit on red chairs from the Sadni si! project, or play a game of chess.
Young artists were traditionally given a space for self-presentation as part of the Youth in the Garden cycle. However, Janko Kráľ's Garden was also a place for families, with a cultural program and a creative space for children as part of the Family Mornings in the Garden.
Cultural Evenings on the Walls became a popular format, during which this unique urban space came alive with concerts, magic shows, and summer film screenings.
The Klarisky Concert Hall hosted a clothing SWAP, cultural events supported through the Open Call system, and the popular Silent Disco.
The highlight of the festival was the performance of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra at the newly renovated Freedom Square, with an attendance of more than 4,000 people.
