27. 8. 2022, Saturday, 17:00 PM
with guide Andrea Schinová

Violence, murders and thefts are as old as humanity itself. What was crime and justice like in medieval Prešpork, where they were tried by the Prešpork court and the perpetrators were publicly punished in the free royal city? People lived here whose passion, love, hatred, greed or poverty led to theft, fornication or murder. The difference is 'only' in what was considered a crime in the past and what the investigation methods were. You will learn more about the burning of the first witch Agatha, or about the plague regulations in Prešpork during the epidemic and get to know the life of the executioner and his family better.

The walking route is barrier-free.
