About the tour

How did our ancestors prepare for Christmas in Bratislava? Which places are the stories of St. Nicholas, Advent and Christmas in our city associated with? What legends are told about Christmas in Bratislava? And do you know why the Bratislava devil is not allowed to walk with St. Nicholas among children? Or where and when was the first public Bratislava tree erected in Bratislava and where did this tradition come from? And do you know from the crypts of which church can you hear monks singing during Christmas midnight?

Come with us to breathe in the aroma of Christmas punch and prepare for the magic of Christmas in the streets of the Old Town. So that we don't freeze during those cold December days, the tour is combined with a tour of St. Martin's Cathedral, where we will introduce you to its greatest treasures and attractions.
