Books tells the story of prostitutes from Vydrica, part of Bratislava, which were sent by communist regime to forced labor camp in Nováky to re-educate them into conscious socialist citizens. Reader follows the story of Bratislava prostitutes; when they fight for human dignity their personal dramas obtain dramatic dimensions. This very attractive novel for readers was published in 1993. The new, already third, issue is enriched with authentic period materials showing grotesque and cruel face of life behind the iron curtain.
